Meet TJ and Mikayla

October 25, 2016

“My happiest lows and my hardest goodbyes happen at the Bremerton terminal,” Mikayla told me as we discussed what her and TJ’s engagement session would look like. When the morning came to photograph them, each of us knew that today’s “Goodbye” wouldn’t be the least bit saddening. These two planned to celebrate TJ’s birthday over the weekend, and both were in Bremerton to stay. In the midst and mist of a 7:35am boarding from Seattle to Bremerton, two people, already in love, fell deeper. Crisp October air paired well with the leftover rain from the sky’s early morning offering, and we were eager to take over the Hyak’s decks — puddles and all. As TJ mentioned upon arrival, “It would be inauthentic for us to get pictures taken in the sun,” which fit nicely for this very beautiful, very romantic, rainy day in the pacific northwest. Without further ado, enjoy these highlights of my beautiful sister-in-law, Mik, and her Teej, everyone:
